My company creates a cloud based HR software.

I am currently undertaking a project to drive more data driven approach to both our marketing and product development.

Currently, we collect various events from usage in our software and send them to a messaging platform called Intercom.

We in effect need to take similar events and put them into a user-centric analytics package.

Examples of events, are logging in, upgrading to a paid plan, importing details, creating a new user, ect.

I am to have someone with a lot of experience in this field review the tracking plan I have created, and offer any advice on the the implementation. Including the various packages available Kissmetrics vs Mix Panel vs Amplitude vs Google Analytics and the cost / benefit of using a tool like [url removed, login to view] to collect and transfer the events. Whether a Datawarehouse is really necessary at our scale.

You will be required to give a short recommendation and have a couple of short conversations where you can provide the reasons behind your advice.
