BCBS Massage Claims Billing

I have roughly 100 outstanding Blue Cross Blue Shield claims for Attitude Adjustment Massage LLC that need to be coded, scrubbed, and submitted through Claim MD. All visits were massage-therapy only, so you’ll be working with a tight, repetitive set of CPTs and ICD-10s, but accuracy is still critical because these are commercial plans with varied benefit structures. Once this is completed these same bills must be sent to a secondary BCBS Federal. You must hold an active Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential and be fully comfortable navigating Claim MD’s portal—creating batches, attaching clinical notes, correcting rejections, and tracking each claim through to the final EOB. Experience with BCBS guidelines on medical necessity for massage therapy is a strong plus; I want to avoid the usual back-and-forth on documentation. Key deliverables • All 100 claims coded to current ICD-10/CPT standards, uploaded, and submitted in Claim MD • Rejection/denial monitoring for 30 days with timely resubmission if needed • A simple spreadsheet (date of service, patient initials, claim #) showing status updates until each claim posts When the last EOB closes and my practice management report shows all payments or valid denials, the project is complete.
