Hiring Alert | SAP SD Consultant Location: Pune Work Mode: Onsite WFO: All 5 Days Work from Office Experience: 8+ Years Engagement: Contract Role: SAP SD Consultant Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, ECC 6.0, implementation, support, configuration, GST e-Invoicing, SD-LE, RICEFW enhancements, and manufacturing business processes. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of SAP SD experience with minimum 2 end-to-end SAP ECC 6.0 implementation project experience, including project documentation and activities within BBP, Realization, Final Preparation, and post Go-Live Support. Key Responsibilities Work on SAP ECC 6.0 SD application configuration, design, testing, compliance, and implementation Handle SAP SD business processes including sales order processing, order fulfilment, consignment process, returns process, and credit management Work on pricing, Indian taxation, GST e-Invoicing, billing, outputs, and Settlement Management Support SD-LE — Shipping and basic Transport Management activities Work on major enhancements using RICEFW objects, APIs, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and IDOCs Prepare project documentation during BBP, Realization, Final Preparation, and post Go-Live Support Support full project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams Identify gaps, issues, and provide functional solutions Support implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects Required Skills 8+ years of experience as SAP SD Functional Consultant Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP ECC 6.0 implementation project experience Strong ECC 6.0 SD application experience Experience in configuration, design, testing, compliance, and implementation Strong experience in sales order processing and order fulfilment Experience in consignment process, returns process, credit management, and pricing Experience in Indian taxation and GST e-Invoicing Experience in billing, outputs, Settlement Management, and International Trade Experience in major enhancements — RICEFW Hands-on exposure to APIs, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and IDOCs Experience in SD-LE — Shipping Basic knowledge of Transport Management Strong documentation, testing, and support experience Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Relevant SAP Certification will be an added advantage Business / Industry experience in Steel Melting — Stainless Steel / Mild Steel Experience in Aluminum Die-Casting, Forging, Metal-Casting, Discrete Manufacturing, or Auto Ancillary Industry Experience working in onsite delivery model Experience in contract-based assignments Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
