I am ready to outsource several bite-sized revenue-cycle assignments from my US provider clients and need a detail-oriented specialist who can slip seamlessly into our existing workflow. The immediate focus is on three core areas: • Billing & Coding – you will take finalized encounter notes and handle claim submission through the clearinghouse, then manage any re-submissions or corrections that come back. • Insurance Verification – before we bill, every policy must be verified for eligibility and benefits with zero downtime for the front desk. • Denial Management & AR Follow-Up – once the remittance arrives, you will track denials, appeal when appropriate, and keep aging buckets clean with proactive follow-ups. I work primarily with small physician practices, so accuracy and speed matter more than volume. Experience with common practice-management systems, ICD-10/CPT, and HIPAA standards is essential. Deliverables will be weekly status reports, clean claim files, and aging summaries that show measurable movement in open balances.
