Convert my Wordpress site into Crypto exchange that can host wallet, send/receive between buddypress users

Job Description:
This will be for a wordpress site . if youre not comfortable working in wordpress dont bid.
this will be what i need for you to create:
users will be able to send crypto to their buddypress friends and receive. we will also be a marketplace using wcfm where users can create their own store offering products and services, users can use their internal wallets to pay for products and services.
{it is on a dedicated server}
1) when users sign up for the site, the site needs to create them a wallet for the following crypto )bitcoin, tectonic, apecoin)
2) after signing up user will pick one main token out of the three they would like to make their default choice of use for payments within the site. once chosen it will be 45 days before they can switch their main.
2) i need these wallets to be hosted on my site, with user having full control
3)heres where it gets tricky,
the site also uses buddypress, but similar to cashapp, users will be able to send and receive their chosen default token to other users and business
4) we need a fast and easy way user can purchase tokens on my site to fill their wallets and interact with other users and businesses (hopefully debit, ach maybe, btc, credit)
5) we will need to remove all payment methods for wcfm and use the user main token of choice
