Hello, you need one clean, low-to-mid poly cartoon character, fully rigged in Blender 3.6 with IK/FK limbs, a facial rig for lip-sync and two emotions, and the full set of motion cycles plus 4-5 clothing variations on shared UVs. I model, UV, and texture in Blender and Substance Painter, and my robotic arm and CNC lathe animation and battle-axe asset in my profile show my animation and clean-asset workflow. I expect around 100 bones including the face, with every control left unlocked and organized so you can add poses later. You would receive the .blend with actions in the NLA editor, an FBX with baked animations, texture and Substance files, and a turntable preview. I can deliver in about four weeks, with a review after the base model and rig. What art style or reference should the proportions and face follow? I'd be glad to discuss it and get started.
