I want to connect my meshes together so that they are one, and not just floating body parts which have been joined. I have a high-poly character mesh whose hip joints and the adjacent upper-thigh areas became messy after sculpting. Only these connection points need attention; the rest of the model must remain untouched so the overall silhouette and proportions stay exactly as they are. The goals are simple: • Retopologise the hip and upper-thigh polygons so edge flow is clean and even. • Mirror your work so both legs end in perfect symmetry. • Keep the surface smooth—no extra muscle definition or skin folds. Feel free to use Blender, ZBrush, Maya or any other tool you prefer, as long as the final file imports back into my Blender scene without issues. Acceptance criteria 1. Clean quad-dominant topology limited to the hip-to-thigh zone. 2. Legs match each other with an error tolerance under 0.1 mm on corresponding vertices. 3. No global remesh; body outside the worked area shows zero vertex displacement when I run a mesh-difference check. 4. Deliver the updated model in the original file format plus an FBX backup. Modifiers may be used during the process, but the delivered mesh must have all modifiers applied.
