Construction Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR – CONCRETE & CIVIL Melbourne | Perth | Adelaide Dynamic Civil Solutions (DCS) Dynamic Civil Solutions is a rapidly growing Tier-1 structural and civil concrete contractor operating across Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia, with expansion into additional states in 2026. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong concrete and civil background to join our growing team. ABOUT THE ROLE You will work closely with our Directors, Project Managers, Foremen and site teams to ensure our projects run safely, efficiently and on programme across multiple sites working remotely This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who understands structural concrete, civil works and site operations, and wants to grow with a company that is becoming a serious national player. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage document control processes Review and check drawings for revisions/changes Maintain and update drawings within Procore Ensure only current/approved drawings are stored and used Track and communicate any drawing changes to relevant stakeholders REQUIREMENTS Must have concrete and civil construction experience Strong knowledge of slabs, footings, pavements and structural works Must be able to overlay drawings and identify changes Must be able to supply the changes on a Excel Spreadsheet with Original Quanities on Contracted Drawings and New Quanities on Revised Drawings Provide Mark Ups Efficent on Procore Efficent on Bluebeam Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive, solution-focused mindset Ability to work in a fast-growing environment WHY JOIN DCS • Work with a company operating across multiple states • Strong team culture and family environment • Exposure to major Tier-1 and Tier-3 projects • Be part of our journey toward a 185+ workforce and national presence At DCS, we don’t just build concrete — we build relationships, culture and careers.
