**Job Title:** Men’s T-Shirt Designer **Description:** I’m looking for a talented, creative, and genuinely interested designer to create t-shirt designs for a new brand, *The Great Germanic*. This is a project centred around Germanic heritage, identity, history, and culture. It’s important that you have a real interest in this space and some level of knowledge or familiarity — this isn’t just generic design work where you can do a quick bit of research and put something together. The work will range from very minimal pieces through to more detailed designs, including patterns, ornamentation, and historically-influenced elements. Some designs may be simple and clean, others may be more expressive or artistic. The key is that everything feels strong, considered, and part of the same overall world. I’m not looking for safe or formulaic work — I want someone who can actually think, explore ideas, and produce designs that stand out and feel like something worth wearing.
