Build a Wordpress Booking Plugin

We need a developer to build, implement and test a booking plugin for a recording studio within 2-3 weeks. Already completed: • Front-end booking static pages • Wireframes showing what the plugin management will look like in Wordpress Features for plugin: • Select type of booking (package or hourly) • Hourly rates have peak and non-peak prices • Package lets people buy a set of hours for one fixed rate • Existing packages can be combined with normal hours • Show package hours left in account page • Select room, date and time • Automatic booking blackout of 30min between each booking • Select multiple add-ons • Each add-on category has a price • Add-ons have qty (i.e. if there are 5 guitars and one room books 4 guitars at 1-2pm, the other room can only book 1 guitar at the same time slot) • Review booking before proceeding to payment • Payment method is Paypal, and 2 options for offline payment Backend: • View and edit bookings. Add new bookings • View and edit payment status for bookings • Calendar view of all bookings • Set prices for hourly and package rates • Edit room description • Add, remove and edit add-ons and their categories and prices • View users who have packages • Edit payment methods (change text for offline payment) Strong ability to communicate in English is needed.
