Designing sports facilities on site

I have a site and I need to design a Sports Facility.
To qualify for this project, you must have some idea of various sports.
This would be a First Drawing.
Must be compliant with UK law.
The land in which to place the buildings is shown in the 3 documents attached and highlighted.
The building to be a modern glass building with flat roof.
I need to build a building that will host:
- Basement 5m high (one version to be fully underground and one version 4m underground & 1m overground with small windows all around) - Several sports courts, storage room, changing room, toilets (male & female), showers, plumbing room, lift shaft.
- Ground floor - 4m high - Several sports courts on the ground floor, reception, office, security room, storage room, changing room, toilets (male & female), showers, boiler room, lift shaft.
- First floor 3m high - Accommodation for 80 children on the first floor (6 in a room) each room with 2 showers and 2 toilets, and one large living/meeting area, boiler room, lift shaft.
- Second Floor - 3m high - Offices on the top floor and a 4 bedroom flat for the caretaker (1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 4 rooms each with bathrooms and dressing room), 1 office/study, boiler room, lift shaft.
Parking space for 20 vehicles
Designated space for rubbish bins.
Within the site and all around the building, you’ll need to design various sports grounds.
You must stay within the 5 Acres Limit.
You can assign more than one sport in one facility.
Please name the Sports Grounds on the outside and sports courts on the ground floor of the building based on the following sports:
