We are looking to develop our 10-acre property near Sonoita Arizona. We are currently in the process of building roads to access the north end of the property. We would like to build a house with detached garage (with mother-in-law suit) at the north end of the property. There is also a building site at the south end of the property we would build another home and detached garage. We are looking for someone to help us with the master plan of all structures so we are in compliance with all regulations. Locations of wells, septic, and buildings. We would like all of the buildings to be of similar design but not all built at the same time. Then we will need construction plans for the first building. The homes will be small and efficient with lots of thought put in to the use and function of every space. The main house at the north end will be 2-bedroom one bathroom 1 story between 800-1000 sq/ft. The main house will be up on a hilltop overlooking Las Cienega National Conservation Area which the property borders on two sides. My wife and I love small but functional spaces, simple designs, warm cozy atmosphere, and something beautiful to look at out the window or on the patio. We will be general contracting and doing as much of the building ourselves as possible. I have been in the construction industry for over 30yrs and hold my contractor license in Michigan. We are looking for someone to help us with the master plan, and create construction plans for each building one at a time as needed.
