Hi,
I am looking for an architect/designer to help me kick off the design of a home on 20 acres of land I am purchasing in New Hope Pennsylvania. I would like to build a modern home using ICF. I prefer this ICF brand but I am open for ideas, [login to view URL] I would need your designs transfer to a US based Architect and civil engineer for signoff. Below are some ideas I have about the project. I would like to hope on a call to review it prior to engaging you.
I am looking for the following:
• Designs in Revit
• Home Design in Detail using ICF block and concrete roof with some internal concrete walls
• Modern Design – Walk out Basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor
o 6 bedroom

Large walk in shower – with two person setup and two rainforest heads.
