I need an architect in florida

Job Description:

1. Im looking to build a home for personal use.

2. Looking for a standard but nice looking home but not custom home. Three beds two baths, garage.

3. Budget including home and 40k lot is 170k

4. In ocala Marion county.

5. Lot in the process of choosing site. Lot will be around 0.26 acres to build a 1,350sq ft home plus garage 300 sq ft.

We are in the process of lot acquisition so it will be a 0.26 acres. the architect should know what is needed to get us approved for construction license, but I've attached a checklist of what is required from Marion County. The Architect should know what applies to them as per checklist

The architect must have a proper license and active and good standing because signature and stamps are required as per Marion County Florida.

A structural engineer qualifies as well to do the job as long as the structural engineer can also provide signatures and stamps for proper approval

I would like for the freelancer to propose a price for the project
