Your job is to translate the operating requirements into a fully-engineered solution that a licensed installer can build and submit for approval. Please size the car, counterweight, motor and safety gear for reliable goods transport while still meeting the quieter, low-vibration expectations of a home environment. I will provide floor-to-floor heights, shaft constraints and local code references as soon as we start; you will turn these into dimensioned GA drawings, load and power calculations, door and landing details, and a short specification covering control logic, finishes and maintenance access.
