CA Structural Engineer Stamp Needed

Hi Muhammad N., Last week I completed a very similar CA new-build review and stamp, so I’m confident I can handle this really well. I’m a California‑licensed structural engineer; verification on request. i would like to know the below. - Which city/jurisdiction will review the permit, and do you have their latest structural checklist or local amendments? - What lateral system is on the current set (wood shear walls/holdowns, steel frames, etc.), and can you share geotech design params (Site Class, Ss/S1, SDC, wind speed/exposure)? I think we should. - Add a Design Criteria sheet (2022 CBC + ASCE 7‑16: risk category, Sds/Sd1, Vult, Exposure, diaphragm type) to speed approval. - Include a clear Special Inspections/Materials schedule on the structural sheets to avoid back‑and‑forth. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I review PDFs/DWGs, geotech, and city list; confirm code path and design loads. 2) I run gravity, seismic, and wind calcs; verify drift, collectors, chords, nailing, and load combos; close any gaps. 3) I redline and update CAD, coordinate with Arch/MEP, and finalize details/notes. 4) I issue stamped structural PDFs + original CAD and stamped calc book, then respond quickly to one plan‑check cycle. May I know if you are the project owner or part of the direct client team, because I usually work directly with the customer and do not engage through agents, brokers, or middle parties.
