Setting up Forge automation to convert Revit files to IFC

Hello!
We are a company that uses Revit files of our customers for a number of things.
We have a version gap between our customers' files and our ability to read them.
We were told that there is an option to automate the transition between Revit files to IFC file using Forge.
My knowledge in Forge is very limited, so I need the help of a professional. I need to understand first of all if this is technically possible.
Next, I need to figure out if there are additional costs in Forge, and how much.
After setting up a pilot automation, I need to get a video which explains in detail the form of setting up such automation for future projects.
