Dream’Inn Property Management is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Developer to help expand our short-term rental (STR) business in Kuala Lumpur. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, securing funding, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure Partnerships: Establish relationships with landlords and developers to onboard new properties under our STR management.
• Fundraising & Financing: Identify and apply for grants, loans (e.g., MDEC), P2P lending, and crowdfunding to fuel our growth.
• Investment Proposals & Business Plans: Craft compelling proposals to attract developers, investors, and funding institutions.
• Creative Growth Strategies: Explore innovative ways to expand Dream’Inn’s market reach and revenue streams.
Commission Structure:
? Funding & Investments (Grants, Loans, Crowdfunding):
• One-time commission: 5% – 17% of the total investment secured, depending on funding size and payback model.
? New Property Acquisitions:
• Recurring monthly commission: 5% of the revenue (after operational costs) from each unit secured, as long as it remains under our management.
