Initiating Contact: Reach out via LinkedIn, email, or phone to schedule meetings with the decision-makers. Communicate clearly and professionally to discuss the potential acquisition of high-value, patent-pending innovations in real estate.
Facilitate Meetings: Conduct meetings, either by phone, video, or in-person (if possible), to present my innovations, answer questions, and negotiate terms. You will be the point of contact on my behalf, so you must be able to discuss these technologies knowledgeably.
Bring Conditional Offers to the Table: The goal is to secure conditional offers for my intellectual property. These offers should be presented and negotiated, with the terms clearly outlined.
