Technical System Development Project Brief (no more than 3000 words)

I am looking for someone who is an expert in systems development/programming to write some project briefs for me. I will give you a scenario of a system that needs to be developed, what you need to do is imagine if this system was being built from start to finish, what challenges, issues, trail and error you would have to do to get to the end solution. You will need to think about the technologies i.e. coding languages, platforms etc you would need to complete this project. Once you have thought of this scenario all you need to do is write up to 3000 words under the headings below:
1. Purpose of the project - what is the basis for the project - I will provide the scenario
2. Advancements being looked for - so what is the project looking to achieve as in what will be done that will be the advancements - You will need to do a little research and I will provide some information for you write up some advancements that could result if the system was created
3. Uncertainties faced - why was what was being sought not easily achievable, why was it not already known in the industry - This section would require you to write what challenges you may face if you were to create this system such as communication between platforms or components in the system etc etc
4. Trials and error faced - In this section you need to imagine if you encountered the problems described in the section above, how you would overcome these i.e. by recoding etc to try to fix the problems
5. what were the final outcomes - In this section all you need to do is write about the new capabilities of the system developed.
Please remember you are not actually going to develop a system you are simply writing up a fictional scenario and what I expect is for you to use information from your previous projects to do this so its a real reflection of what did, can and should happen.
The person writing this must be able to be imaginative and creative yet realistic and technically sound in what they write, as these will be used as illustrations for group exercises to help people learn about system development and the issues faces when doing so.
