Project Overview:
We are launching Trustenic, a professional services marketplace that connects businesses and individuals with trusted service providers in HR, CPDs, and professional outsourcing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to help us attract both clients and service providers to join the platform.
Your primary role will be to drive client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth by targeting businesses in Cyprus, Dubai, and other strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy to onboard 50 verified businesses in the first 6 months.
✅ Build partnerships with HR consultants, CPD trainers, and outsourcing professionals to expand our service provider base.
✅ Identify and target SMEs, corporate clients, and professionals who would benefit from outsourcing services.
✅ Develop effective outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
✅ Assist in developing effective pricing strategies and commission models.
✅ Provide insights on market trends to guide our platform’s growth strategy.
✅ Collaborate with our team to refine messaging, content, and client engagement strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone with:
✅ Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership growth (preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or marketplace platforms).
✅ Experience targeting B2B clients, ideally in Cyprus, Dubai, or other emerging markets.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation systems.
✅ Previous experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional consulting is a plus.
Deliverables & Milestones:
? Onboard 10 clients and 15 service providers within the first 2 months.
? Achieve a total of 50 clients and 50 service providers by the end of 6 months.
? Deliver a detailed weekly progress report with updates on client acquisition, outreach efforts, and campaign performance.
Budget & Payment Structure:
? Base Fee: €1,800/month for the first 6 months.
? Bonus: €2,300 bonus if the 50 clients and 50 service providers milestone is achieved within the target period.
? Commission: Additional 5% commission on any high-value clients that commit to recurring services on the platform.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
✅ CRM Systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

✅ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B outreach.
✅ Experience in cold outreach and partnership negotiations.
