Business Development Executive for Wellness Brand

Project Overview Root Wellness is a growing wellness food brand offering therapeutic soup mixes made from traditional ingredients such as Mushroom, Moringa, Horse Gram, Mudavattukal, and other nutritious blends. We are looking for an energetic and self-driven salesperson/business development executive to promote and sell our products across Coimbatore and nearby regions, with the opportunity to expand distribution across Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities Visit retail stores, supermarkets, organic stores, pharmacies, and wellness outlets. Introduce and onboard new retailers and distributors. Generate sales orders and build long-term customer relationships. Identify distributors and stockists in new territories. Conduct product sampling and demonstrations where required. Provide market feedback and competitor insights. Preferred Experience Prior experience in FMCG, food products, health products, or retail sales. Existing network with stores and distributors in Coimbatore is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within Tamil Nadu. Compensation Fixed monthly retainer and/or commission-based model. Attractive incentives linked to sales performance. Opportunity to grow into a Tamil Nadu Sales Manager role as the business expands.
