Your day-to-day work will revolve around leveraging your network, speaking German with decision-makers, and setting up concrete cooperation meetings between my team and hospital HR or management. Once those meetings convert into signed recruitment agreements, you share in the success through an attractive commission on top of a fixed monthly retainer. Ideal profile: you already know the hospital landscape, communicate fluently in German and English, and feel comfortable discussing staffing needs with HR leaders or the C-suite. Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is a definite plus because it shortens the sales cycle, but I value a strong network and persistence even more. Deliverables • A growing list of hospital contacts including direct phone/email of key stakeholders • Confirmed virtual or on-site meetings booked for me with those stakeholders • Regular progress updates so we can refine the pitch together I’m ready to start immediately and will keep the collaboration long-term as long as quality meetings and signed agreements keep coming in.
