Fund Scout (Investor Referral Partner)

Role Overview We are looking for well-connected individuals who can help us identify and introduce the company to relevant investors within their existing professional networks. As a Fund Scout, your role is to make appropriate introductions between the company and potential investors who may have an interest in learning more about the company. You will not be responsible for selling the investment opportunity, providing investment advice, negotiating terms, or closing transactions. Once an introduction has been made, Our’s authorised representatives will manage any subsequent discussions directly. Key Responsibilities · Identify suitable contacts within your existing professional network who may have an interest in learning more about the company. · Make a genuine, named introduction between the prospective investor and Our's Founder or designated representative. · Where requested, assist with the initial administrative process for accessing Company's investor information portal. · Provide only factual, company-approved information supplied by us. · Keep confidential information secure and comply with the terms of the NDA and referral agreement. · Maintain appropriate records of introductions made under the referral arrangement. What not to do To maintain a clear and limited scope, Fund Scouts must not: · Provide financial product advice or recommend that any person invest in the client of Everyware Technology. · Express an opinion about the suitability, merits, risks, expected returns, valuation, or attractiveness of an investment in the client or company. · Negotiate investment terms, valuation, pricing, deal structure, or transaction documentation. · Accept, receive, hold, transfer, or otherwise handle investor funds. · Complete investment applications or execute investment documents on behalf of a prospective investor. · Represent themselves as a financial adviser, broker, authorised representative, investment representative, or agent of the client or Everyware Technology. · Make representations, promises, forecasts, or guarantees about the company's future performance, valuation, returns, fundraising outcome, or investment prospects. · Conduct investment presentations or substantive investment discussions beyond the factual materials and communications expressly approved by Everyware Technology or the client. · Pressure, solicit, or encourage a prospective investor to invest. · Use the client's or Everyware Technology's name, branding, or materials in a way that suggests they are authorised to provide investment advice, make investment recommendations, or negotiate on behalf of the client. Ideal Background · Previous experience making relevant business introductions is advantageous. · You do not need to be an investment adviser or financial professional. What matters most is the quality and relevance of your existing network and your ability to make appropriate professional introductions. Compensation This is a success-based referral arrangement.
