Recruiter for Business Development Calls

I’m looking for an experienced recruitment professional whose main drive is business development. Over the next month I need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, introducing our services to new companies, nurturing early conversations into lasting relationships, and then following through by sourcing and matching the right candidates to the roles we open. Good English language is key. Day-to-day you’ll be: calling prospects and existing clients, managing cold-call pipelines, recording every interaction in Microsoft Excel with clean, accurate data, and keeping me posted on progress. Your Excel skills matter—I rely on formulas, filters, and pivot tables to track outreach and candidate fit, so you’ll need to feel at home there. Success for me looks like: a steady flow of fresh vacancies generated from your outreach, well-screened candidates lined up for each position, and clients who feel genuinely supported long after the first placement.
