Tender Acquisition & Business Development Specialist Needed

I am looking to hire an experienced freelance Tender Acquisition & Business Development Specialist to identify and source genuine private, domestic, and international tender opportunities. The freelancer will be responsible for finding suitable tenders, identifying the relevant companies or decision-makers, establishing contact, supporting commercial negotiations, coordinating with the bidding company, and helping move qualified opportunities toward successful contract award. This is a 100% success-fee-based opportunity. There will be no upfront payment, no monthly retainer, and no management fee. The freelancer will be paid an agreed commission only when a tender opportunity sourced and supported by them results in a successful contract award/closed deal and the agreed payment milestone is received. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience in tender sourcing, private procurement, B2B business development, commercial negotiation, lead generation, and closing high-value contracts. Experience with both Indian and international tenders is preferred. If you already have access to genuine private tender opportunities, corporate procurement networks, buyers, contractors, or decision-makers, you are encouraged to apply. Please share your relevant experience, examples of previous successful tender/deal work, target industries/countries, and your expected success commission percentage. No upfront investment is required from the freelancer. This is strictly a performance-based collaboration where both parties earn when a successful deal is closed.
