I need an interactive Power BI dashboard that lets our team grasp operational efficiency at a glance. The emphasis is less on cramming in every possible visual and more on presenting the information so anyone—from frontline supervisors to executives—can instantly read, filter, and understand it. My core goal is clear, intuitive report display and understanding. Once the model is in place I should be able to slice results by date, team, and location without waiting for new queries or edits. You’re free to recommend the visual types that best communicate the story; the key requirement is that they remain consistent, on-brand, and easy to interpret. I will supply the raw operational data in Excel and CSV. If calculated columns, DAX measures, or a star-schema redesign will make the insights faster or cleaner, please build them into the solution. Power BI Service publishing is needed so we can share the finished report securely within the company. Deliverables: • A fully functional .pbix file with clean data model and intuitive page layout • Deployed dashboard on our Power BI workspace with refresh schedule documented • Short hand-off guide (screenshots or video) covering data refresh, filters, and any custom DAX logic I plan to review the first draft together, give feedback, and then move to final tweaks before sign-off.
