We are planning to run a hostel in KLCC or Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The premises we are looking into is between 5-11 rooms. We plan to put in 3 bunk beds in each rooms. For eg: 9 rooms x 3 bunk beds per room x 6 pax per room = 54 beds/ pax. We plan to rent a place with the budget of RM10k- RM15k per month. Looking into net profit of RM10k- RM20k per month depending on travel season. We do not know how to start writing one so we plan to hire a freelancer. Thank you.
