Here's my mock in html/css [url removed, login to view] .
I'm looking for someone who has skill and is cool. You were great before so I'm asking if you can do it again but really big. LookRealty was a pain....
Concept: Business Directory where the biz owner can change any of the features of their business listing through an online dashbord. The End User can login and save the biz to their favorites which goes to the End Users personal profile page where the biz's are organized (scalable too so that if they have 200 businesses they like they can preference a compressed just to the business name or make large boxes so easy to see. The End User can click on any business and that page will pop up in their profile page and that way they can click through they're list of businesses.
Here's where its interactive: The End User can look at their profile page of businesses they like. Under each business name are 5 color dots (Green=Ad, Blue=Blog, Red=Video, Yellow=Pictures, Orange=Biz Info). If a Business Owner changes any of the info that color lights up in the End Users profile page. So a green and red light indicate that a new Ad and a new Video have been added since the End User last checked that business profile out. When the End User clicks on the name of the place the Business page is brought up right there in the persons same profile page and they can click through the other pages in their profile page easily to check on the other businesses they like.
The list of businesses that the End User saves can be scaled from small name to large blocks (same as how we use file folders).
As well, when one is on a listing they can click right or left to see other businesses nearby (this can just be random within the city though. My original idea was to hard code businesses in if they were next to each other so that it was as seemless and fun as possible (you're looking at a biz listing for a restaurant and click to the right to see there is a Nursery next door so you decide to look at the offer and it says 15% off orchids and so you decide to go early and buy Orchids... plus, save the biz to your profile section too so you can see updates.
On the business page it will indicate how many "fans" this business has.
So with php/mysql $400 and being the developer (if I work my magic on this we will be meeting up in the future). Plus, you can have your country and we go global because people can save stores from around the world. This might be the newest world trend inside a couple years. This will transfer to a smartphone app that syncs as well and allows sharing if one wants. It is not a review site at all though.
You can have your own country$$$ and sync up with me here in the U.S. Keep all profits. I'll start here and then you can see its progress and do it there to create communities across the planet.
I'm poor but I'm ambitious. Just came off of 2 years of helping my ex-wife. I need to make sure I can support the fam and I think I've got the way. Videographers will give this page away for free across the country and then I can go to the communities and tell them to look up their local favorites on the site. WOM will be easy because customers and businesses will like it. They're fans of each other already. Best, John
