Analyse Movement on Video

This Bid is for a video analysis application. We prefer use of standart opensource libraries for the task. The application can be written in c/c++/java. What to do: ============ 1. the application recieves a video file of a human face, the eyes are looking at a movie on tv or something like that. we need to identify the eyes movement and where each eye is looking to. the video resulotion will be as high as needed for the application. the application should be run on linux machine and u should use opensource libararies that are supported on linux... result precision is needed in pixels (as much as possible) about eyes analysis: you can circle (using mouse etc) the eyes or pupil at the start of the analysis. The application can be run offline. Please Bid if you know your way in picture/movement analysis, if u have some math background and if u did similar things. we would like to see demo of your works before we pick a provider.
