need more followers on twitter

In last couple of weeks, i have been spending too much time on twitter following users and than unfollowing those who dont follow me, all manually, to increase the number of my followers. Than i worked with GAF member "cgssoftech" who claimed that he would increase my followings through automated processes but turned out to be a scam. So i am posting the same project again but with different payment plan. i need a software developer who can produce and function the following demands - 20,000 following on one account by april 30th. - a program that can auto tweet 50 messages in rotation with 20 minute frequency between each tweet if you can do the above tasks in reasonable time, and agree to the following payment plan, only than you will get the contract. i will divide the amount in 5 parts, you will receive the next installment of MILESTONE payment after every 5000 followers. thank you p.s talk to me if you have any more questions
