Browser Toolbar

I need a toolbar for My web site with the following features * If I do a change on the toolbar the change should be system wide ( even in installed toolbars ) * Should be IE, netscape and firefox friendly. * once installed it should ask for username and password. then the toolbar should login to my web site and take customers information ( Eg: Number of messages for user ) If there is a new massage for user it should immiditely notify by blinking or Highlight. * Must be able to search from our website , we have around 3 main catagories. and around 200 sub-catogories. * should give live gold and silver price from [login to view URL] * should give link to Ganoksin,with dropdown to each catagory. * Should link to Gemval * Should list total number of items in our database. * logo should lead to main page and also have dropdown links to about us and uninstall and terms. * Admin should be notified how many users log In daily and how many toolbars log in ant any given time. programers who have done this kind of work will be given preferance , please show past work of toolbars.
