151043 Mobile SIM Application

We want to develop a SIM Application for our client. The application will consist of a menu (topics such as News Alerts, Sport Alerts, Weather, Directory Enquiries etc) – which the user can navigate. Choosing a topic will initiate an SMS from his mobile, to our db, which will send a return SMS with further info, prices and subscription terms etc

The application does not require a GUI, as it's just a daemon application which needs to be able to send the SMS when required, or react to a key press and dial a number in the address book. We are also interested in the capability of updating the application by just sending an SMS.

The successful bidder must have experience with the SIM Toolkit.
