126843 Treble / bass booster

Project is for a simple bass / treble booster. When running, it boosts wave or mp3 when playing through the default sound device.

It must be capable of being invoked from the command line and use an INI file.

The ini file should have two commands

bass=200%

treble=120%

mode=console (or mode=hidden)

Bass needs to boost some very low tones, so it must cover the range from 1hz (one hertz) to 100 hertz.

Treble covers the usual treble range.

Mode specifies whenther it operates silently in the background or shows a (small) console that with two sliders for, ... you guessed it, treble and bass.

You can think of this project as for a 'virtual windows advanced audio properties' (see the attached picture).

When you open the windows volume control by clicking on the speaker icon in the taskbar, you see a menu at the top that says 'options'. Click on it, and then 'advanced controls' Then, click the button that says 'advanced'. Then, you'll have opened the windows "treble/bass controls".

Not all sound cards support treble/bass, but the sound itself can boosted.

Of course, the app shouldn't add any distortion.

Please use as many resources as possible. This allows a wide range of changes to be made to the app using tools like 'reshacker'.

I have posted projects in the past that got bids for thousands of dollars, but were completed for just a few bucks. Please be competitive in your bidding.
