Cartoon program that lets the user draw their own cartoon or comic strips using supplied features or allowing them to draw free-hand inside supplied panels.
The user first chooses how many panels a cartoon will have e.g. one...four...etc. The user than clicks on the first panel and it opens their "drawing board" where they can create the character or first scene of the comic strip.
A "tool box" window is displayed where the user can choose features such as: eyes, face shape, mouths, noses etc. or, they can choose "free-hand" mode that will allow them to draw their own character with a brush and pen type, or bezier toolbox. A color pallet will be supplied to fill and color scenes.
Once this panel is saved, they then click the next panel which again opens a drawing board to create the next panel.
It would be interesting to add "classic" styles to the feature box such as: Marvel comic type features or Hanna Barbara styles as well as the Japanese "Manga" which is very popular.
There should be an option to print out industry standard size for submission to a publisher.
