Fine Tuning a stock market software written in Delphi.

I am looking to fine tune a stock market software written in Delphi, whose source code i no longer have. Therefore you must be proficient in Delphi as well as Assembly (to work on fine tuning the software without having its source code). Some features need to be added and/or copied from another software written in Java (whose source code is also not available) such as streaming data as well as online bidding for stocks, futures etc. Will provide details of the software that needs to be fine-tuned and well as the Java software whose features need to be copied. Please remember that the requirement is to capture the online internet stream from the Java software and replicate it on the Delphi software. More details will be made available once you prove your credentials by making a minor change to the Delphi software as proof that your have the necessary skill set, so only serious candidates should reply.
