Vertical Jobs Search Engine

I need developer or team of developers to code vertical search engine related to job ads.

Project abstract:

* about 20 job sites to index

* repeatable indexing

* parsing ads to retrieve demanded data

* web search interface

System: Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Centos

Web interface: Python, [url removed, login to view] or Django

Possible stacks (crawler, indexer):

* Java, Solr, Nutch or Heritrix

* C++, xapian

* other?

Possible data storages:

* MySQL

* CouchDB

* other?
