Basic software application to develop

Simple executable stand-alone application (.exe software) that runs on the user computer (Windows) to develop. The application will allow our customers to run searches in our business address database, display the results (addresses) and export them into .txt, .csv or .xls. Here is an example of an entry in our database: John Smith, Purchasing Director, Company ABC, Street Y, City Z, Manufacturing Company, 500 Employees, tel, fax, website and so on... The application would have 2 main functions : 1) A multi-Filter allowing the application to filter our database depending on the user searches and selections and display the results (addresses). (The user will for example be able to search all companies in CityX or all manufacturing companies in CityY or all companies with tel or tel and fax or all companies with websites, and so on...) 2) Export module to export the results into .txt, .csv or .xls We will provide you with the full database in .csv. The database has a little less than 200'000 records. We have already built a similar application in the past with another database. We will provide you with that application, so you know exactly what needs to be done. We need to have the application ready within 4-5 days. PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO WILL DEVELOP THE APPLICATION. NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
