Remote Support Portal
I'm looking to build a website for my customers to log in to for remote support requests. The website should handle all customer account information, create tickets and trouble history, invoice and payment histories as well as account management abilities.
On the back-end, use my [url removed, login to view] as payment processors.
Remote support application should be built on the ultravnc project pchelpware and modified to support queuing of support requests similarly to the remote support solution from [url removed, login to view]
In a nutshell, I'm looking for a clone of the remote support product from [url removed, login to view] build using the pchelpware product from ultravnc. The support technician will need the remote support taskbar icon feature from bomgar added the the pchelpware client.
I understand that this is a large project and am interested in breaking it down in to separate projects to make it more managable.
Server should run a FC6 LAMP server.
Client must run on XP Pro/Vista PCs.
All source code must be delivered with the product as well as documentation before project can be considered complete.
