I am attaching a zip file with a final goal of the project, however at the 1st stage I am only expecting the functionallity of the Timer Section and the Configuration screen to work.
there will be an add-on at a later point to work on the scoring section.
I want this to appear as a "module" that can be purchased and added on later.
the goal is a simple scoring & Timer system for use at martial arts / boxing events.
there should be 2 screens 1st screen only has configuration, 2nd screen is a fullscreen timer.
you will see the 2 screens and the basic concept I am after on the configuration, should be able to use an XML file to do base config, but can still be changed by going to the config screen.
please review the screens I created and let me know if they make sense.
again I am not wanting the scoring side function as of yet, this is only the 1st stage, and is only going to be used as a demo, if the project gets the sale I will contact the same developer to complete the project.
also please let me know if you have any electronics experience as the scoring side may require you to build a prototype of a device to be used for that section. I will provide those details at a later time, and as needed.
the scoring side will require knowledge of com ports or usb monitoring.
but that is not of concern for the 1st part only the timer side, and basic configuration. keep in mind for design that the scoring side and timer side should be on seperate "tabs" on the configuration screen.
I am assuming the timer side should be very simple and should be able to be done within 2 - 4 hours.
it will for the demo be on a pre-set timer selection on the options I have listed, on the full release (If I get the project) it will also have a manual option allowing the user the ability to set any number of seconds per round and per break as well as allowing any number of rounds.
Volume control I would be willing to do without but would be nice as an added feature. Sound should be a simple beep but should be in the directory as "[url removed, login to view]" or "[url removed, login to view]" which ever you choose. volume control should be set in 20% increments from max to mute and should adjust the main volume.
just to give you a rough idea, the forms were designed in MS Access, and only took about 2 minutes each.
I do need source code as well as the app compiled, and it does NOT have to be an installer, but a cleaned up zip file is fine (2 seperate files: 1 with source, the other with the compiled app that can be handed out).
