I need a program/Database the can help me keep track of volunteer + tasks. My budget is very limited.
The current process works like this: A worker wants a task to be carried out by a volunteer so they type out a [url removed, login to view] and E-mail it to me.
I then allocate a the task to volunteer and print out a copy of the task for the volunteer.
I then add the task + volunteer info into an excel speard sheet for reporting purposes.
I'd like it to happen like this..
Workers access a database/progam via the intranet and enter task details. (ie. time/ date, job will take, who to pick up , age of people ,etc etc)
The program/Database alerts me to the fact that a worker has entered a task and show details.
I need to be able to look back and see what volunteer did which task and how long it took + print out reports
I'll provide more detail to the person that convinces they've got the skill set to do this. Please not if you do use a database it has to be Access
