Hello,
I need a generator of colour palette files for Corel (cpl files) for Windows. Here is a format description:

The colors must be in Lab format (not RGB or CMYK). The cpl files should not only be usable in the newest Corel version.
Attached you find a list of Lab color values for a small (RAL), a medium (Pantone), and a bigger system (HLC Colour Atlas).
I mostly prefer VBA or Visual Basic 6, but you can also use another programming language. Sourcode will be part of the project. Batch conversion (e.g. convert all clf files in a directory, or following a list in a textfile) would be great.
