Hello. I have huge expirience in esp8266 programming. But i am not shure that its possible to get information about devicess that find access points, not be thoose.

I'm afraid I can not do this with a ESP, but if you were willing to use a Raspberry Pi based solution, I could do this with the exact same functions that you need. If Raspberry is not an option just ignore my offer.
