MT4 MQL4 EA Expert Advisor Capital Management program

I would like to create a capital management tool in order to manage a group of Expert Advisors I have running on a PAMM account. Most of the expert advisors I am using are martingales (Forex Hacked, Forex Envy and Forex Identity) so it is vital that I have a way of controlling risk in order to protect the the investment capital inside the PAMM from a margin call. This manager software will have the following functions: 1.) Allow all the EA's trades to be treated as one large trade where a max open DD could be selected in order to manage risk and close all open positions actively being managed in case a large open drawdown were to occur. example: Lets say our PAMM has $100,000 and we select a Risk Percentage of say 7%. The capital management tool would only allow a max open DD of 7% before closing all open positions for a loss. I would like the flexibility to set this Risk Percentage as a static value (would stay at $7,000 no matter if the capital increased or decreased) or a dynamic value to allow for compounding updated once a day. So if we used a 7% Risk Percentage once a day the max drawdown allowed before all positions were closed would be adjusted based on the total balance of the account. 2.) The trade manager would give me the option to block further trades from being placed after the Risk Percentage was triggered and all trades were close or allow the EA's to resume trading right away or delay trading for X number of minutes. So we would have three settings. Freeze After Crash, Resume after crash and resume X number of minutes after crash. 3.) Our current trade management software allows us to see how many open trades we have for each currency pair as well as potential profit from reaching the TP for a group of trades. We would like to integrate the new desired features into our existing capital management software so we can set the risk level and manage trades all from one interface. We should also have an up to date total of the existing open trades for each currency pair updated every second. Our current system only updates when we refresh the chart manually. I have attached a copy of our current trade management software (Basket Exposure Indicator) so you can have an idea of what I am referring too and a starting point for creating our Capital Management Software. I would like this manager to work based on magic numbers so the trade manager will only close trades that we select to be controlled by the trade manager and not manual trades or trades placed by a non-martingale EA that we do not want to close if the Risk Percentage is hit. The trade manager in essence simply has to monitor the account equity and the trades with the selected (configurable) magic numbers; when a certain configurable threshold is reached (there can be two parameters for configuring it, for percent as well as for money), new trades should be blocked. The easiest way to achieve this blocking effect is by using global variables. If you have any questions about this task do not hesitate to ask. Regards
