operating system problem (writing file system)

Hello, I need help writing file system written in C on Linux ubuntu. My budget for this project is $50.

Half of the process is completed. The volume is initialized and the files in the volume are created and read. The volume information and file information structure are ready. When you run make run, you can see the volume information. Specifically I need help implementing the create a file command, and make the "move a file", cp2fs, and cp2l commands to work. Also, implement b_seek() in b_io.c file.
