Simple C program using CodeBlocks, point of sale (register).

Hello, I am new to programming and I am in search of someone who can write a simple C code in CodeBlocks for me. The program I would like is a point of sale system for a burger joint (register). There are a few guidelines I would like to ask be followed.

a) I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C code ONLY**** not C++

b) If it is possible, can it be made using a switch/case statement? I am new to programming and would like it to be written simply, in a way that someone starting out might understand.

c) Could you please make small comments along the way that explain what each part of the code is doing/contributing.

All other details about the project will be shared privately.
