I am looking for experienced software developers to help me develop a software for incorporating companies in Australia. The software will need to be EDGE compliant and link to ASIC. The software to also generate the packaged incorporation documents which we will supply templates.
The software should provide services to search for company names, generate incorporation documents, and file ASIC registration as needed. There is no language preference but I would like to have a graphical user interface for the software.
We are looking for experienced professionals who have thorough expertise in developing software with business integration capabilities. Candidates should have the necessary problem solving skills and software development skills to complete the project.
The successful candidate should be able to work well with deadlines and have strong communication skills. Additionally, experienced candidates should also be able to showcase their previous project experience, particularly in software development in this particular area
