Use Arduino Uno , Gyro Accelerometer ,Ultrasonic sensor, PWM output and Wifi module to maintain a fixed position infront of a vehicle. and maintain a spesific angle with actuators on the sensor. Vehicle 1 with sensors need to maintain a fixed distance from the vehicle behind it. As the rear vehicle speeds up, the front vehicle needs to speed up, as the rear vehicle slows down the front vehicle has to slow down. There is no connection between the two vehicles, the front vehicle uses the ultrasonic to detect the rear vehicle distance. The vehicle driver must be able to adjust the distance target (various parameters)via a wi-fi module connection to the controller using web browser connection. The Gyro is used to adjust actuators for sensors to ensure optimal angle to the target. More detail Functional Description to be supplied to successful bidder.
