Image Gallery needs improved C# Firebird

My program is used by a salesman to help a customer pick a product. It allows a user to search through photos of customized product designs by category or keyword search, view full size images and save the ones they like to a favorites list that can be printed or emailed. It is basically a photo gallery with a shopping cart and keyword search capability, but I want it to be branded with our company name and to store the pictures locally rather than make it a website. Features of the program are: -Home page with company name and thumbnails for categories and a keyword search bar -multiple keyword search (photos are tagged) -filters on thumbnail preview page to narrow results -when thumbnail is selected, it opens a full size view - On full size view page there is a button to add the picture to a favorite list (similar to a shopping cart or bookmark bar) - Need to have multiple favorites lists and the names of the favorite lists can be changed -should be able to produce some kind of report with thumbnails that can be printed or emailed. Currently the application is built in C# and uses a firebird database. It functions, but the UI needs improved and the backend is very difficult to use. I would like a simplified version, ideally it could be used on a windows touchscreen computer (I am open to changing to a different programming platform and database). One of the most important things is that it really needs an easier way to import pictures in bulk and make changes to their properties.
