HTTP Azure Function in C# accepting lead in JSON format and storing in Azure SQL normalized table structure.

Using existing table structures in Azure SQL build an Azure function to store leads from different sources from different partners, putting common attributes in separate columns like first name, last name, address, city, and state, and storing the rest as JSON blob.

Responsible for writing Azure Function as C# method and configuring function to be executed by HTTP and store lead into table structures.
